Job Description & Summary

M&C team provide service to PwC China and Hong Kong all M&C internally. The main work responsibilities include but not limited to the following,

• Creating design solutions that have a high visual impact, listening to internal clients and/or account servicing and understanding their needs before making design decisions.
• Work to a brief agreed with the internal client and/or account servicing to develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the internal client's and/or account servicing objectives
• Based on our brand guideline and direction to create variety of products and activities.
• Creating story boards and implementing relevant fresh design.

市场推广与传讯支持团队是向普华永道中国和香港的市场推广与传讯团队提供服务，主要职责包括但不限于以下内容，

• 与客户服务部门及内部客户沟通，理解客户的设计需求，以此为基础创作有视觉感染力、信息传达效果的设计作品
• 基于内部客户与客户服务部门协商一致的创意简报，选择适当的表现形式及表现介质进行设计创作，保证最终设计成果充分满足客户需求
• 根据公司的VI手册及设计方向创作活动物料

创作故事板及相应的动画制作

• Bachelor degree，Training Institution/ Design school graduate, at least 2 years of DTP experience
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Creative and independent, work under pressure and can take responsibility, travelling to other offices is necessary
• Good knowledge on PC operation, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Can type Chinese & English, good command of Mandarin and English
• Training will be provided on branding guideline
• 大学本科学历，设计相关专业毕业,至少3年的平面设计相关经验
• 具备有效的中文和英文的书面及口头表达能力
• 熟练掌握微软办公软件系统的使用
• 有创造力，能独立进行创作，责任心强，能在压力下工作。必要情况下能出差到其他城市。
• 能熟练使用Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• 有基础的中英文书面沟通能力, 能准确执行基于中文及英文的设计简报
• 入职后在正式参与设计创作前需要参加公司标准化视觉形象的培训
