Job Description & Summary

Risk and Quality team provide process operating service to PwC China and Hong Kong all Risk and Quality internally. The main work responsibilities include but not limited to the following：

风控团队是向普华永道中国和香港的风控团队提供流程操作服务，主要职责包括但不限于以下内容：

• Data Researching: Perform online search on websites to retrieve relevant information

• Chasing and Reporting: Provide internal staff chasing by email and phone, and prepare reports monthly

• Data Assessment: Perform assessment and consultation to sponsor team by provided independence and compliance rules

• Manual Data Entry: Perform manual data entry in internal system

• Data Checking: Provide data checking in annual financial fillings

• 数据调研：在指定网站获取信息并进行信息调研

• 追踪状态和报表：通过邮件和电话对内部员工进行状态追踪和提醒并每月出具报表

• 数据评估：根据独立性和相关法规为sponsor 团队提供评估和咨询服务

• 数据录入：在内部系统里进行数据录入工作

• 数据比对：对于年度财报进行数据对比工作

• College degree and above, English major preference

• Effective written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• With BPO working background will be preferred

• 大专及以上学历, 英语专业优先

• 具备有效的中文和英文的书面及口头表达能力

• 熟练掌握微软办公软件系统的使用

• 有BPO行业相关背景优先考虑
