Associate IT Specialist
(Ref: IT-INT-PS-AITS-COW)

Responsibilities :

Reporting to the IT Specialist or Senior IT Specialist, the appointee will mainly perform the following responsibilities: 

To provide technical support, configuration and administrative activities, problem diagnosis, and
documentation on different IT infrastructure facilities and domains 

To evaluate technologies and perform project coordination work as when required

Requirements :


Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines 

A minimum of 2 years’ relevant large-scale, complex and mission-critical IT infrastructure support or
implementation experiences 

Multi-experience in the following disciplines:
o Client / End-user Hardware and Software: Windows 8 and 10
o Collaboration Systems and Tools: Microsoft 365, AD & Exchange, SharePoint, File and Print, AV

Facilities
o Enterprise Mobility Management: VMware Airwatch
o Privileged ID Management: CyberArk
o Job Scheduling Tool: Control-M
o Output and Archiving Management: InfoPrint, OpenText StreamServe, Archiving Server
o Call Centre System: Avaya, Genesys, and RightFax
o SAP ERP BASIS 

Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written 

Fresh graduates will also be considered

This is a 2-year contract employment. On completion, renewal of contract or permanent employment might be offered, yet
subject to the Company’s business needs and performance of the individual.
