Job Descriptions:
Assist in the execution of corporate finance projects including IPOs, MAs, equity financing transactions, etc.

Participate in due diligence

Perform data analysis and research, financial modelling, a preparation of the pitching materials

Communicate with clients, professional parties and regulators

Assist in preparation of marketing materials such as corporate presentation and pitchbook

Requirements:
University Degree or above in Banking / Finance / Business Administration or related disciplines

SFC Type 6 license holder preferred

1 to 2 years working experience, preferably in investment banking industry

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Able to work independently whilst being a good team player

Mature, responsible, detail oriented, patient and self-motivated

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a must

Proficient in PC applications, including Microsoft PPT, Word and Excel
