Location: Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania

 

Position Summary: Our Localization Team is seeking a pro-active individual to work on the localization of the company’s products, documentation and courseware into a set of languages and liaise with various departments to make sure requirements are met.

 

Your Day-to-Day:

• Working in a globally dispersed group, the Localization Specialist will work with a team of project managers on the localization of the company’s products, documentation and courseware into a set of languages.
• Helping to ensure the smooth running of localization projects from requirements gathering, file preparation and analysis, through production, build and release.
• Communicating with external vendors and translators, project managers and stakeholders on project execution and deliverables.
• Working on automating tasks to increase efficiency.
• Operating under minimal supervision.
• Contributing actively to process improvement initiatives.

• Strong technical ability and willingness to learn on the job.
• Programming skills an advantage.
• Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple complex projects concurrently, without supervision.
• Comfortable working within an international virtual team.
• Able to perform under pressure.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and independent.
• Fluent in English, oral and written. Additional language knowledge is desirable.

Salary for this position ranges from 1500 to 2000 EUR gross
