YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processes SSF requests from Accounting Platforms, with quality and within SLA (48 hours), as to the following:
  •  Cost center creation and master data maintenance
  • Internal order and WBS creation and master data maintenance
  • CCA, COPA and PCA cycle maintenance
  • Correction via cycle run, COPA Korr or 9KE0 postings
  • Services
  • Asset Sale
  • Reimbursements
  • Transitory Items
  • Material master data settings and maintenance
  • Standard price and cost estimates
  • Efficient system for distribution and corresponding quality checks
• Monitors the closing activities of legal entities being handled (execution of steps and resolving closing issues) including performance of closing pre-checks.
• Provides data for the monthly / quarterly Report Back Alignment Reports
• Attends the GPG CA Jour Fixe calls, Report back Alignment calls and CA Department quarterly meetings.
• Delivers reports on time (e.g. Ticket/Workflow status Report, Closing Feedback)
• Supports the following roll-out during project phase until go-live. - Cost Accounting Directive - Annually for Sales Contracts/Sales Documents/recurring billings set up - Material Ledger implementation thru system implementation of master data and cycles set-up according to the CAD.
• Performs resolution of findings to AccP on monthly BW (Business Warehouse) via system implementation.
• Complies with Bayer policies and procedures and supports company initiatives
• Performs other duties as required by the immediate manager from time to time

WHO YOU ARE : 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, or similar
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in any of the following:
  • Management Reporting / Financial Data Handling (including customer perspective)
  • Controlling Data Analysis & Financial Master data Management o Cost Accounting processes (Value Flow and/or Product Accounting & Inventory Valuation)
  • Other accounting related processes
