Associate Manager, Customer Analytics – Physician (HCP) Capabilities

This role is part of an Analytics Center of Excellence that aims to differentiate AbbVie as a leader in omni-channel customer experiences and to build lasting relationships with the physician audience through omni-channel experiences powered by data and analytics.

The role of Associate Manager, Customer Analytics –HCP capabilities within AbbVie is a key contributor to the team responsible for omni-channel analytics in support of the growing roadmap of capabilities across Sales and Marketing for the HCP audience.  This individual has skills in designing analytics to personalize experiences through Sales and Marketing.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Support Analytics COE HCP omni channel trigger and Next Best Action capabilities.  Includes metrics standardization, thresholding and testing.  Also responsible for implementing personalized analytics, influence maps and peer to peer digital initiatives – intended to drive customer relationships for sales and marketing.
  • Consults on analytics strategy and supports measurement planning for new HCP capabilities including data requirements, defining reporting and advanced analytics solutions as required.
  • Helps drive cross-portfolio approach and roadmap for analytic data triggers and enables best practice sharing to drive continuous improvement in the effectiveness of the trigger solution.  Defines new business processes to improve agility of analytic support of digital HCP capabilities.
  • Partners with Customer Experience, Commercial Capabilities (Data Strategy), Sales Operations & BTS to evaluate and test scalable solutions for delivery of analytic triggers.

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • Previous Pharmaceutical experience preferred
  • 5-7 years of professional experience
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in multi-channel (Web, CRM and Digital) analytics, data analysis, data management, and advanced analytics/modeling techniques
  • Preferred experience in identifying and outlining key campaign metrics and building campaign proformas/measurement plans/marketing analytics
  • Prior experience in several of the following areas will be an added benefit:
    • Analytics (R, Python, SAS, SPSS etc.)
    • Database Analytics (SQL, HIVE, IMPALA, Big Query etc.)
    • BI/Visualization (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, Excel etc.)
    • Digital/CRM (Pega, Salesforce, Adobe Analytics etc.)
