The role is take care of 60% of SCJ Taiwan sales, responsible for developing / implementing the strategy and plans to grow the 9 key accounts

Detailed Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop the strategies and plans to grow overall direct accounts growth target
• Develop and implement annual JBP plans for all direct accounts.
• Deliver KPIs which include business growth, Spending control, AR collection, Share gain, fast distribution, well executing DMPP plans in all direct accounts.
• Identify and prioritize business development opportunities and execute with good ROI.
• Continually improve account P&L.
• Profitably develop the business by balancing company and customer requests and demands. Resolve conflict with win-win solutions.
• Drive cross functional cooperation with customers and setup/develop sustainable growth model.
• Developing an effective cross layers relationship both internal and external.
• Coach and develop team and field sales people to build a strong customer team from HQ to store.
• Successfully negotiate annual contracts within guidelines.
• Conduct annual/quarterly and monthly business reviews and business planning sessions with customers. to agree on opportunities and achieve mutual objectives

Educational qualifications

• Business related Bachelor degree or Master

Experience

• Well experienced in handling total direct accounts with good tracked records

• Result driven, multi-task under pressure;
• Strong learning ability & ownership;
• Strong leadership to lead team to deliver the growth plans
• Both English and Chinese are good in oral and written.
• Skilful in MS office software, especially excel and power point will be plus.
• Automobile license is preferred
