About This Role

The FFE manager will be mainly responsible for all field force excellence management  and be the key person of all FFE reporting/data system project implementation.

FFE Manager will be as the business partner of MS team and KA team, this role will help BU head to design incentive schemes, set up key KPI and tracking field force performance, Provide both routine and ad-hoc analysis for BU and management to support decision-making process.

What You’ll Do

Business Intelligence report develop and deliver:

-         Master data Maintenance/ sales data management / DDI reporting systems build up, Veeva CRM system data management and KPI calculation/reporting, sales force automation requirement implementation.

-         Manage Business Intelligence platform, including business requirements analysis, system administration, monitoring and analysis by collaborating with global IT.

-         Develop routine KPI tracking reports and ad-hoc analysis reports, e.g., monthly in-market sales, monthly commercial report.

FFE Business Partner :

-         Responsible for target hospital scoping, territory alignment , sales force sizing and deployment, sales target setting and cascading.

-         Responsible SFE initiatives from Global and local management to enhance SFE capability to support business strategy.

-         Set up Sales Incentive and reward program plan via cooperation with BU head, including regular and special incentive scheme design/refinement, target payout simulation, quarterly payout calculation and confirmation, payout analysis and insight for business.

-         Set Up CRM system for KA and MS China team ; Manage and improve CRM system.

Project Management :

-         Lead SFE related project, including but not limited in: hospital listing strategy plan, hospital potential project, new product launch

-         Field Force Training & Communication Organize sales team training including but not limited in SFE related system/report/SOP/incentive

-         Keely closely and actively communication with filed force in terms of sales performance issues

Qualifications

-         Bachelor’s Degree Required

-         Good Mandarin and English for verbal and written communications

MBA Preferred

-         +5years working experience in pharmaceutical industry, with solid background of both sales operation and SFE roles

-         1~2 years experience as a SFE business partner

-         Be familiar with data management system (MDM, Veeva CRM, Power BI) is preferred
