Job Title: Associate- Market Access

Job Purpose / Summary
The individual will be responsible to liaise with key platform stakeholders to help develop a quality data collection strategy, standards, best practices, and ensuring adherence to those standards for success of Market Access Programs. The role will liaise with internal stakeholders and customer’s reporting teams, managing the assumptions and application of data generated from across various systems like payer, Field Reimbursement, Health Systems Account, Competitive Organizational Benchmarking, etc.
In addition, the role will lead data audits and resolve data-related issues. The individual will have to ensure the required reports are created in a timely manner, to deliver against a set of pre-defined and documented strategic and tactical objectives. Finally, the role has accountability for the continuous improvement in the customer’s ability to capture and value data generated as the team strives to drive customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Set the business rules for getting the processed data in the right format in the data warehouse
- Work with various data bases from multiple digital platforms
- Deliver timely ad hoc and standard operational reports
- Identify drivers proactively that positively/negatively affect the data and operational reports
- Handle ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests
- Work with process team & partners from each functional team to gather the requirement and design them into an insightful report
- Participate in regular data audits, ensuring data integrity and adherence to established standards, procedures and standard methodologies, both internally and externally
- Ensure Accuracy SLAs are constantly met and exceeded
- Effectively co-ordinate training needs of team to consistently meet customer needs in a changing environment

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Essential
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Computer Science or Quantitative Studies
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and results focused
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Expert Level proficiency in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint and data capture principles
- Strong database, SQL, ETL, and BI Tool experience and knowledge
- Expert in any one of the BI Tools (Microstrategy, Tableau, OBIEE etc.) with effective visualization skills
- Superb communication skills in both verbal and written English
- Strong customer service focus
Desirable
- Pharmaceutical experience; or other highly-regulated environment
