Job Description

Internal process assistance

• Assist brand teams (Repatha, Prolia & Otezla) in planning sponsorship, PSP programs and other forms of activity; including cross-functional communication and internal compliance system submission & tracking
• Coordinate annual function goal planning and consolidation across brand teams
• Compile working procedures, reports, memos and meeting minutes as required in Company’s standard format in English and/or Chinese
• Provide support or guidance to team in comply with company policies and compliance requirements of different types of programs

Budget planning & tracking

• Assist function head to plan cross-brand team budget and perform reconciliation between teams if necessary
• Manage and track business related bills and payments, to make sure the smooth running of daily business;
• Handles department budgets and make suggestions for improvements and cost savings;

Marketing projects participation

• Participate in external marketing event organization and implementation, including but not limited to liaising with external vendors, organizing logistics, handling top KOLs itinerary, etc
• Help brand teams in effectively conducting desktop research and provide support in basic data analysis
• Plan, organize and track the progress of all types of marketing projects

Miscellaneous

• To build a professional Prolia Endo marketing team with both solid knowledge and decent capability based on corporate values and culture.
• To build up/optimize marketing expenses management system in order to utilize company resources efficiently and make the most value for Endo part of the business

Admin support

• Organize and facilitate large on/offsite meetings including logistics (Guest Speaker presentations and other various meetings)
• Liaise with other functions to support company level events (annual meetings, etc) and ad-hoc projects/tasks as and when required
• Coordinate mailings, courier/deliveries and internal share-point/box setup
• Update and maintain all dues, memberships, subscriptions, etc
