As Associate Director, Anti-Infectives Marketing you will lead strategy and execution for in-line antibiotic Avycaz as well as Phase III antibiotic ATM-AVI, in close collaboration with cross functional partners and sales leadership. This position reports to the Associate Vice President, Anti-Infectives Marketing. You are: A strategic thinker and brand developer who can put ideas into action A strong collaborator who would enjoy working cross-functionally with colleagues in Marketing, Sales, Sales Training, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal and Compliance Adept at utilizing customer and marketplace insights to identify, develop and execute business initiatives You will: Lead the Avycaz / ATM-AVI marketing team, with responsibility for on-market and pre-launch activities; strategic and tactical planning; and coaching / development of 1-2 direct reports Develop the launch plan for ATM-AVI, in collaboration with cross-functional partners Play a key leadership role on the Anti-infectives Integrated Brand Team, working cross-functionally to develop and effectively communicate brand vision, strategy and objectives Analyze and use market research and data-driven insights to evolve and advance marketing strategies and tactics Have responsibility for financial planning for Avycaz and ATM-AVI, in collaboration with cross-functional partners Communicate regularly with field sales and the medical field team to understand the needs of our internal and external customers and react quickly Lead and manage projects, including setting strategic direction for agencies and managing agency and vendor relationships Demonstrate fiscal responsibility and financial acumen. Manage budget to optimize spend against highest ROI tactics and track/plan budget spending This is a hybrid role that will require being in the office on average 3 days out of the week Qualifications You bring: At least 10 years' progressive experience in a pharmaceutical environment with strong experience in pharmaceutical brand management Experience in antibiotics / hospital market strongly preferred Demonstrated experience in people management strongly preferred Competency in core marketing skills Outstanding planning and organizational skills with exceptionally high attention to quality of detail and proven track record of results and follow-up Bachelor’s Degree required. Proven marketing experience with increased proficiency in all marketing skills. Previous cross franchise/cross channel marketing experience preferred.
