We are looking for

Associate Merchandise Manager Wholesale

to support our Team. (ID 3152)

What you will do

• Manage the wholesales business across Asia region
• Maximize sales objectives and conduct product presentation
• Wholesale assortment building, and monitor
• Monitor and analyse sell-in / sell-through / inventory management and pricing across all regions

• Communicate product strategy to wholesale partners to ensure brand alignment

• Select a balanced product mix for wholesale customers and make recommendations

• Set up showroom according to wholesale shop menu

• Attend sales meeting and present collections to wholesale partners

• Developing and positive and mutually beneficial relationship with the business partners

• Review wholesale orders versus OTB budget and challenge partners to achieve budget

• Responsible for collection feedback report, global briefing report and market analysis

• Collaborate with Retail counterpart on promotions/product strategies to ensure countrywide MOQs

• Management of ongoing business development with wholesale partners via business analysis/sell through / best seller reports etc.

• Monitor order deliveries and launch schedule for wholesale partners – ensuring on time product launch in stores

• Overseas travel to headquarters in attending the collection overview meetings

• Store visits to fully understand wholesale partners business, competition, VM execution etc.

• Coordinate with other department in solving stock delivery, short shipment or garment claims and defect issues

• Ad hoc tasks assigned by management

  
  

Here is what you'll need

• Excellent communication and presentation
• skills in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Good numerical, logical, analytical and problem solving skills
• Sound knowledge in PC operations
• 3-5 years merchandising experience in garment field, preferable with wholesale experience
