Primary Responsibilities:
•Active participant in client service teams addressingj a variety of issues and industry sectors
•Support teams in research and analysis of evolving China public policy and business environment
•Participate in drafting of materials and documents including: backgrounders; news releases; research and analysis reports; fact sheets; bios; newsletters; prepared remarks; program proposals; and information statements
•Handle basic media inquiries
•Proactively develop relationships with external audiences (media, third party organizations, etc.)
•Research and monitor client's business and industry
•Assist in the preparation of new business proposals
•Organize and implement events for the client
•Assist in client administration duties such as billing and activity reports

Other Recommended Qualifications:
•BA or BS degree
•A minimum of 3 years of work experience in professional services firm, government, non-profit, journalism, public relations, communications or related field
•Outstanding academic qualifications in relevant areas such as: international relations, public affairs, political science, public relations (general humanities and business qualifications will be considered)
•General understanding of the techniques of a professional services/consultancy firm, journalism, public relations, communications or related field
•Basic knowledge of media relations
•Capacity to develop or existing in-depth knowledge of business and specific industries (such as healthcare, technology, chemicals, financial services, telecommunications etc)
