Job Description

• Play a key role in digital transformation - Enhance and drive multi-channel approach in close collaboration with other CF team.
• Leading the CF team to accelerate the enlistment process of Parsabiv in important and manageable accounts.
• Executing AMGEN plans in enlisting Aranesp and Parsabiv in outsourcing dialysis companies.
• Monitor, gather and analyze data and market dynamics to identify competitive advantage, sizing the opportunities and mitigate the risks.
• Build long-term trusting relationships with KoL’s and Department head in key accounts, (Dialysis unit) across different sector

Key competencies

• Strong commercial acumen, with at least 5 Y experience in pharmaceutical field, (NEPH experience is a must)
• Proven tracking record of enlistment and growing the MS.
• Effectively communicates with others, with the ability to manage CF projects.
• Innovation and problem-solving abilities  
• Able to transfer knowledge in comprehensive and clear manner

KPIs

• Accelerate enlistment of Parsabiv in PVT and  INST account
• Generate formulary enlistment requests from MOH hospitals
• Increase Amgen share in most of peripheral accounts
• Increase No. of visits to KOL in different accounts.
