需求條件 / Key Requirements

• BA/BS degree in marketing, journalism, creative writing or a related field, or work experience that goes demonstrably beyond the minimum requirements detailed below
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Traditional Chinese and English
• Experience working with emerging/developing ad products
• Experience in an online marketing or editorial role
• Ability to make logical and consistent judgments in policy and relevance matters
• Self-starter with writing or copy-editing experience, preferably in media or advertising
• Work effectively within high-energy cross-functional teams as well as independently
• Passion for risk-detection and mitigation
• Detail-oriented, effective in written and interpersonal communication, analytical, and comfortable operating under deadlines in a production-oriented environment.
