Responsible for maintaining providers system set-up, updating and prompt communication for smooth operation between providers and AIA

Roles & Responsibilities:

GP Panel Clinics Empaneling

  • To compile all GP panel requests via e-mails from MY.AIAGPNetwork@aia.com and Sales team from Corporate Solution Division (CSD)
  • To prepare the GP Scoring and documents prior to Panel Selection Committee (PSC) review meeting held once a month
  • To contact the GP clinics which have been approved by PSC requesting the required documents for empaneling process
  • Setup the newly appointed GP Panel clinics in G400 system and related subsystems
  • To inform newly appointed GP Panel clinics on the commence date
  • To inform GP clinics on the declined status if panel request is not successful
  • TAT for empaneling process 20 Calendar Days (end to end process) with complete documents received

GP Panel Clinics Maintenance

  • Handling termination process of terminated/closed down clinics – TAT 48 Hours
  • Handling process of clinics with change of proprietor – TAT 20 Calendar Days with complete documents received
  • Updating changes on clinic’s address, consultation hour, contact number in G400 system and related subsystems

Provider Portal Administration

  • To create and reset pin number for both GP panel clinics and hospitals – TAT 48 Hours

Compliance Report

  • To send report on new recruitment to Compliance Risk Management Team (CRM) - (as and when)
  • To send monthly report on Compliance status every first week of the month to CRM Team

Enquiries Handling

  • To respond to enquiries via e-mail from internal parties and external (providers) – TAT 2 Working Days
  • To answer enquiries via phone from internal parties and external (providers)

GP Capabilities Assessment (Nationwide)

  • To send and receive GP Capabilities Assessment forms to all GP panel clinics
  • To record the details in the database

Empaneling Process - Hospital

  • Compile all hospital panel requests via e-mails from Provider Business Partner with Hospital Specialist Review Committee (HSRC) Approval and required documents
  • Setup the newly appointed hospitals in G400 system and related subsystems
  • Ensure TAT for empaneling process 14 Calendar Days (end to end process) with complete documents received

Empaneling Process - Healthcare Facilities

  • Compile all request via e-mails from Provider Business Partner with HOD Approval and required documents
  • Setup the newly appointed hospitals in G400 system and related subsystems
  • Ensure TAT for empaneling process 5 Working Days (end to end process)

Recruiting Vendor and Supplier

  • Create Provider Code based on request received via e-mail from HCM Team with supervisor approval – TAT 2 Working Days
  • Update e-Payment Details in G400 system once received completed documents – TAT 2 Working Days
  • Ensure end-to-end recruiting process – 7 Working Days

Consultant and Provider Maintenance

  • Handle termination process of terminated/closed down providers – TAT 2 Working Days
  • Update changes on providers/consultant/payment/fee schedules details and consultant status in G400 system and related subsystems – TAT 2 Working Days

Provider Portal Administration

  • Create and reset pin number for hospitals – TAT 2 Working Days
  • Create User ID and Password for e-LOG users from hospitals – TAT 2 Working Days

Administrative Tasks

  • Submit request via ARIBA for stationaries and manual claim form purchase

System Enhancement Support

  • Handle UAT related to AIA Locator maintenance and/or any other enhancement related to Setup in Medi-Connect Portal/G400 system

Others

  • To assist internal team as and when required
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements
