Description:
As part of the Global Business Services within Global Commercial Operations, the Omnichannel Specialist will be responsible for clearly defining and coordinating the timely execution of high-quality Adobe Campaign programs. This includes establishing relationships with Omnichannel Leaders and Managers and the GCO Operations and Reporting teams to guide the build and execution of marketing programs to healthcare professionals and consumers. The Omnichannel Specialist will implement campaigns that support strategic marketing plans and is accountable for ensuring compliance with all AstraZeneca privacy, opt quality and security policies.
The Specialist must be independent and have the courage to do the right thing and work on tough problems. The Specialist must be open about all of the work and the challenges with performing the work, focusing on timely campaign delivery.
The Omnichannel Specialist has accountability for delivering executional excellence to their assigned brands and is responsible for data integrity, continuous campaign monitoring, and external compliance. The Specialist must have the ability to effectively engage, influence and educate key stakeholders to efficiently deliver high-quality campaigns. The Specialist must foster stakeholder satisfaction and provide continuous input related to operational improvements and ways of working across teams. The Specialist position requires strong business acumen, understanding of process solutions, customer-centric marketing and digital marketing.
Core Job Requirements:
- Document and refine campaign business requirements (BRD) related to content, audience, cadence and campaign test/control through effective and consistent ways of working with Omnichannel Leaders, Omnichannel Managers and Marketing Delivery Managers.
- Develop Data Exchange Documents, for multiple channels, to flow opt-ins into the Adobe Campaign database for campaign delivery.
- Coordinate and approve Systems Integrations Testing and End to End Testing with Master Data Management and MCRM Systems IT.
- Coordinate and approve campaign logic workflow in Stage and Production environments.
- Set and manage campaign launch timeline expectations based on Email PM (ePM), Workflow builds complexity and Systems integration and testing SLAs.
- Formulate strategies to expedite campaign delivery to support high-profile, unforeseen brand announcement/events through phase delivery or other workarounds.
- Influence customer journey optimization by coaching the team on capabilities and most efficient implementation options highlighting risks and dependencies that may affect outcomes.
- Pull through innovative ideas by working with operations and systems teams to analyze feasibility and development and implementation options.
- Communicate with Omnichannel Leader and/or Omnichannel Manager to anticipate needs and provide guidance to plan program components for successful execution.
- Identify project risks and contribute to the development of options and plans to manage those risks to ensure successful execution of overall Brand campaigns.
- Run Daily Calls with the cross-functional team to keep all projects on track.

- Experience in delivering Email, Direct mail, SMS and integrated marketing projects
- Experience in Digital and Multi-Channel Marketing
