职位描述
Work closely with the Head of Department to meet deliverables
Responsible for overall procurement activities on direct material;
Manage identified sourcing resource to deliver team objectives
Develop sourcing activities to ensure raw material competitiveness from supply side
Initiate, develop and implement strategies to improve productivities for Sinarmas business;
Manage identified NPI Sourcing projects to meet deliverables
Develop and optimize the organization across the regions, strengthen the team by coaching;
Work closely with the stakeholders to understand business growth strategy; work as business partner to facilitate communication across the regions and with Sinarmas stakeholders
Ensure compliance to meet governmental, customer and corporate requirements; Identify and manage risks and opportunites.
任职要求
15 years and above procurement management experience;
Strong team building skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Possess a persistent drive for results utilizing project management, organizational and problem solving skills
Sound knowledge of food industry supply market
Both English and Chinese language ability
Profound financial know-how; Good IT skills (e.g. MS Office/ERP)
