Job Description
Job Summary Support for RWDD with digital front-end initiatives including PDH, Eaton.Com, Order Center and various other digital and eCommerce initiatives. Job Responsibilities Organize and submit various PDH requests, including: Review accuracy of existing PDH items and add more detail in product specs / descriptions as needed Create new product templates and provide to PDH team in Pune for uploads Support AEM and PDH for integration with Eaton.com Support transition from Vista on the Web (VOTW) to new Order Center Ensures all data requests to support various digital initiatives are fulfilled Acts as a point of aggregation for RWDD marketing team while providing one contact point for IT, PDH team, etc. Provide maintenance support on an ongoing basis to ensure data integrity Facilitate proper and efficient information flow in an effort to meet or exceed customer needs and departmental and division wide performance expectations Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environment requiring diligence to detail Proven analytical and critical thinking skills Ability to constructively manage conflicts and discrepancies towards positive resolution Prioritizing customer demand to assist with improved product flow Write and edit a heavy volume of product information such as product descriptions, product attributes and unstructured content. Working on deployment projects (region specific) with larger scope of Product data hub in co-ordination with IT & Project management team Works with different source systems (Product drawings, ERPs, etc.) to source product attributes and specifications. Ability to present details of complex data quality or workflow issues for internal review. #LI-MA1 Qualifications Qualifications Preferred education level: Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Commerce or similar. Years and area of experience required: Minimum 3 years prior technical marketing or sales experience preferred Ability to work effectively in team environment and independently. Technical knowledge: Knowledge of CRM software Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, email, internet) Strong listen, written and verbal communication skills.
