When choosing your career path, choose to be remarkable. We are presently recruiting for an Associate Product Manager, Facial Aesthetics (BOTOX COSMETIC® and Juvéderm®) based in Markham. This full-time position reports the Sr. Brand Manager BOTOX COSMETIC®. The incumbent will support the category-leading brand which fills a unique and critical role in our patients’ lives and our customers’ practices. The Associate Product Mgr. will be part of a fast-paced, dynamic and highly collaborative environment that is dedicated to creating value for our customers (Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, and Aesthetic Medicine practitioners), consumers, and the Allergan Aesthetics business. Responsibilities: Be the champion of our customers and their patients, continually working to better understand and deliver on their needs and identify opportunities for partnership Support in the execution of the key tactics in the brand plans such as material creation/localization, promotion, brand specific initiatives, and special projects. Own day-to-day project management operations of the brands, including rollout plans and supporting inquiries from the field team. Support alignment and consistency between both BOTOX COSMETIC® and Juvéderm® brands, when appropriate, for ease of implementation. Support and liaise with team of cross-functional partners (including Medical, Allergan Medical Institute, Clinical Specialists, Sales, KAMs) to execute short and long-range brand plan tactics. Support the development of key solutions designed to boldly drive BOTOX COSMETIC® and Juvéderm® growth while accurately monitoring financial spend. In collaboration with the sales training organization, support the implementation of a comprehensive sales force training programs and execution plans. Work closely with Marketing colleagues to develop synergies with the other businesses in the Allergan Aesthetics portfolio (including Juvéderm®, CoolSculpting® and SkinMedica®) Motivate and inspire field sales teams by delivering innovative and value-creating tools and programs. Skills: Collaborative style and resourceful self-starter Able to multi-task with a high level of organization and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders and opinion leaders Willingness to learn new functions and try new tasks as assigned Strong project management skills and an ability to think and plan strategically (work plans, activities, timelines, targeting) and operate with executional excellence Proactive, creative and genuinely passionate Ability to take and process feedback constructively Desire to serve our internal and external customers in keeping with Allergan Aesthetics core values Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Completion of a 4-year university degree in either business or science; MBA is an asset A minimum of 1 years of commercial experience in Sales or Marketing Flexibility for travel is required (~ 25%) Bilingualism (French/English) would be an asset Full vaccination against COVID-19 is a condition of employment for this position, with possible accommodation for validated exemptions, within the limits of applicable legislation.
