Job Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and marketing support to Hong Kong for all LEO Portfolio.
• Lead role in driving patient insights, patient solutions and patient engagement activities for LEO Pharma Hong Kong. Design and drive key marketing initiatives in Hong Kong through a clear and effective Marketing Road Map.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams in order to ensure marketing programs are executed smoothly
• A&P management and budget control of assigned projects
• Develop and engage KOLs in relevant therapeutic areas
• Develop product materials and conduct product trainings for sales team

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Science, Biochemistry or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years' marketing experience in Pharmaceutical industry
• Highly self-driven and good leading skills to achieve goals
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to work under pressure
• Fluency in English and Chinese
• Experience in project leadership and management is a plus
