About this role
We are looking for an Associate Product Marketing Manager to join our offering around both Content Management Technology and AI Data services to carry out marketing activities. You’ll be responsible for contributing to the team in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost sales. For this role, you should be a creative thinker and a fast learner. You should be familiar with various product marketing techniques, like demand generation, email campaigns and sales enablement.
Responsibilities
- Follow and analyse relevant market trends to position our products and services
- Translate technical details into benefits for the user and buyer personas, and develop positioning, value propositions and messaging that resonate with the buying audience
- Define the market opportunity for RWS offerings; identify the segments with the highest propensity to buy through market and buyer insights
- Assist developing product marketing strategies (sales enablement, advertising, product launching) and contribute to the marketing plan, sales enablement plan, launch plan
- Drive the development of campaign strategies including demand creation and reputation building, as well as retention and upsell/cross-sell strategies
- Co-develop the source messaging blueprint, sales content, case studies, competitive comparison guide and enablement activities for direct and indirect sales
- Work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies and produce relevant content
- Carry out launch execution
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, or similar role
- Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative and Innovative
- Bachelor’s degree required and a Master’s degree preferred
- Related market/industry experience preferable
- Technical/product category experience preferable
- Data science or platform experience a plus
- Ability to conduct market, competitor and customer research to gather insights and assess market opportunities
- Ability to create value propositions and messaging strategies
- Ability to develop strategies for creating pipeline for new offerings as well as upsell, cross-sell and account-based marketing programs to grow existing relationships
- Ability to link launches to organizational campaign themes and goals
- Strong writing, communication, presentation development and delivery skills
- Critical thinking
- Empathetic to buyers, customers, users and sales resources
- Collaborative, able to work across functional teams
- Detail-oriented, well organized, efficient with time management
