Should have performed customer facing role Performing requirement analysis, and understanding the application areas of impact both technical and functional Proficient in Change Management Prioritizing changes and co-ordinating with Development team members to get more visibility within the eco system of solutions Collecting relevant data and structure it into easy-to-understand information for downstream teams. Execution Capable of understanding Technical Architecture of underlying solution/s integrated. Ability to understand and analyze, data Flow in Enterprise level systems across multiple layers and data transformation and communicate the changes intended to other teams (impacted) Ability to manage and coordinate day-to-day service management operations and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure issues are addressed in timely fashion & in accordance with user expectations Delivery & Post Delivery Conduct User Acceptance Tests of developed solutions in line with business needs Well-versed with working with outsourced service desk and application support teams to leverage and develop processes to continuously identify opportunities to drive processes to L1 and L2 support activities. We don’t need superheroes, just super minds You must have Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MCA / ME / M.Tech with minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in customer facing role related to Software Services delivery Strong exposure in B2B Domain and exposure to functional knowledge in multiple technologies (Core Java, Web-Services (REST and SOAP), Database (Oracle), J2EE, PrimeFaces, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C++, C#) Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills. Exceptional communication skills, creating and following communications channels between necessary stakeholders. Both spoken and written communication skills with experience to adapt to technical and non-technical audience Critical thinking and analysis of existing processes, program level changes and support organization design and structure to provide feedback and guidance on continuous improvement Good analytic capabilities, ability to learn quickly and interpersonal skills, Abstraction capability, and logical thinking. Required Skills: Working knowledge of Business Analysis activities (preferably CBAP/ xyz) certified Process minded, accountable, proactive, and agile. Establishing and adhering to effective approval processes. Identifying risk and conducting mitigation action planning from business standpoint. Working experience in a relevant role (customer facing) , i.e., leading production support teams as a Business Analyst / Consultant / Product Owner. Proactive in driving engagement, adoption and change for processes and technology Customer-focused behavior, proactive action, and initiative, Capability to collaborate with colleagues with responsibility and respect. Pragmatic mentorship and support for developers and QA team members in implementing the product requirements.
