Position Summary:
The Associate Program Analyst supports and interacts with other colleagues within Bentley’s Advancements Teams, in relation to project data and subscription programs. This support is also extended to Sales colleagues, Directors, and Executives.
Responsibilities:
- Assigned to specific User Success and Cloud Operations Managers/Directors to provide day to day support with PAT (Proposal Approval Tool) creation, project release, project maintenance, renewals, invoicing, and general questions.
- Provide global support to Sales to include general questions, provide understanding of Services programs.
- Provide global support to Professional Services (Services Technology and Reporting, Sr. Mgt., Services Directors, Project Managers and PCA (Project Control Analysts)) to include PAT creation, project release, renewals, and general questions.
- Review proposals to ensure compliance to the specific Services programs.
- Review, release, and administer project data to ensure accuracy, reliability, and authenticity.
- Initiate provisioning requests with Cloud Operations to have Cloud Hosted systems stood up.
- Work with User Operations and Cloud Operations to ensure licenses/activation keys are sent for system activation.
- Responsible for ARR Plug entry and maintenance in Access database.
- Participate in calls and meetings related to projects and programs.
- Perform project audits.
- Generate project and financial reporting to ensure accuracy.
- Responsible for processing revenue recognition monthly which includes accruals, deferrals, and loss accruals.
- Interact with internal colleagues and external users to resolve issues, provide training on processes, and provide analysis and feedback.
- Process and update internal interactive sites.
- Ensure all engagement documentation is posted to eBPR, PS project repository.
- Perform other operational activities as required.
- Complete all annual and quarterly goals set by mgmt. team
What You Bring to The Team:
- 2+ Year experience in project administration and/or finance.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or equivalent working experience.
- Knowledge and demonstrable experience with principles and processes related to project data capture and processing.
- Knowledge and/or experience in revenue recognition
- Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Experience in managing small projects.
