- act as liaison and subject matter expert (SME) between the Business Compliance Officers ("BCOs") and the Compliance Monitoring & Testing team for questions related to consumer compliance laws/regulations.
- assist with the creation of annual compliance testing and training schedules
- the candidate should be able to balance numerous tasks and competing priorities in a fast paced and demanding environment.
- support senior staff / management in researching and responding to regulatory requests
- support BCOs and the Bank Operational Risk Controller in remediation projects
