Job Title: Associate Project Manager

RWS Holdings plc is the world’s leading provider of technology-enabled language, content management and intellectual property services. Due to rapid growth, we are looking for a project manager to support our team.

You will be part of our professional project management team and will be working closely with local in-country teams from our offices worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining contact with clients, processing requests and creating quotations.
• Coordinate work for international project teams consisting of translators, desktop publishers and localisaton engineers.
• Taking care of accurate project administration.
• Independent handling of projects, ensure strict adherence to deadlines, budgets and completion of deliverables.
• Recognizing any issues timely and solving them proactively.
• Supporting the program managers and account managers with various account management tasks.
• Ensure client satisfaction by proactively seeking and offering solutions.

Job requirements

• Relevant education, e.g. a degree in Economics or International Business.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Additional communication skills in Dutch, French or German would be an advantage.
• Experience with MS Office such as Excel. Experience with graphic design software FrameMaker and/or Web Content Management Systems is an advantage.
• Good organisational skills, structured approach and able to work under pressure, meeting strict deadlines.
• Pragmatic, positive and solution oriented attitude and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on detail and quality.
• Commercial and service oriented attitude.
• Affinity with language and interested in technology and IT.
• Prepared to immerse oneself in localisation processes.

Further information
The job opening concerns a full-time position (40 hours per week). Our office is adjacent to the NS railway station in Hengelo.
