About The Role:
As a new Associate Project Manager, you will work under the Principal Project Manager to support pilot projects for our new potential customers, setting up new processes, support testing new solutions, and assuring quality of delivered content.
Resposibilities:
- Support end-to-end onboarding process of pilot localization projects[SDL1]
- Communicate with DTP and Engineering teams as well as with [JK2] linguists
- Take ownership of quality-related investigations, perform quality checks
- Assure delivery of the projects to client on time and according to technical quality expectations
- Troubleshoot and resolve in-process project-related issues
- Support Project Manager with administrative tasks
- Perform root cause analysis and suggest, coordinate, record, and implement process improvements
- Support process innovation to add more value to the client and working more efficiently
- Update of all working instructions and related documentation
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in coordinating projects, ideally in localization or IT environment
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, knowledge of Macros is a plus
- Knowledge of CAT tools is an advantage
- Successful customer service/account management experience is an advantage
- Superb written and verbal communication skills in English
- Analytical and structured problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing environment, learning new tools
- Responsible, reliable, and independent personality
- Ability to work in the Czech Republic without any working visa/permit
