About The Role:

We are looking for a new Associate Project Manager, who will oversee the delivery of solutions, mentor team and focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end onboarding process of pilot localization projects
  • Communicate with linguists and client on everyday basis
  • Take ownership of quality-related investigations, perform quality checks
  • Assure delivery of the projects to client on time and according to technical quality expectations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve in-process project-related issues
  • Support Project Manager with administrative tasks (Pos, financial analysis…)
  • Perform root cause analysis and suggest, coordinate, record, and implement process improvements
  • Support process innovation to add more value to the client and working more efficiently
  • Update of all working instructions and related documentation

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in coordinating projects in localization industry
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of CAT tools (we are using Trados Studio)
  • Successful customer service/account management experience is an advantage
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Analytical and structured problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing environment, learning new tools
  • Responsible, reliable, and independent personality
  • Ability to work and organize the tasks in fast-paced environment
