What Will You Be Doing?
Pre-Production QA:
Care and Compliance Labeling:
Direct communication with suppliers to obtain necessary details so to build artwork files for product care and compliance labeling. This is inclusive of review and analysis of fiber content, fabrication, trims, and test report details for each program.
Product Testing Review:
Associate to review 3rd party laboratory testing for Fabrics, Trims, and Garments.
Partner with business teams and suppliers upon receipt of failing test reports.
Establish remediation plan with suppliers
Communicate directly with 3rd party labs to resolve issues
Regulatory Compliance – associate will work closely with Regulatory Compliance team to resolve and prevent product regulatory failures
Production QA:
What Do You Need To Bring?
Bachelor’s degree (textile/clothing) Required
1-3 years Fabric Quality Assurance or Textile Technology/Engineering experience preferred (soft or hard goods). Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Associate Specialist position
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
Task-oriented with a high attention to detail
Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Team-oriented, collaborative approach
Strong communication skill, oral and written in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
