1. Lead the quality control for incoming material , organize inspectors to implement the IQC based on material demand schedule . 2. Dvevelop the WI and test equipment for incoming material test and inspection , trainning for operator/inspectors 3. Lead the supplier quality issue tracking , communication and improvement . 4. Perform the supplier audit according to annual schedule then tracking supplier's improvement actions accordingly. 5. Lead the new material verification and new supplier assessment under EATON policy 6. Mornitoring and summarize supplier's performance then report in regular quality review meeting 7. Participate in Internal process and QMS assessment 8 Take the resonisbility for daily EHS management in IQC porcess Qualifications College degree or above at least 3 yeas working experience in Manufacturing field with the background on Mechnical or Electrical major good at MS office application We make what matters work.
