• 负责公司质量体系的运行、分析与改进；实施过程质量管控，质量数据收集及质量文件和报告的编写；
• 具备品质管理知识，能对产品缺陷进行故障排查、统计、分析；
• 不合格品处置的管理，组织质量异常的改善及反馈，改善措施的跟踪和验证，提高合格率；
• 参与客户/内部质量体系审核及过程审核，跟踪确认改善措施效果；
• 参与客户质量投诉的原因分析及制定改善措施；

Qualifications

• 机械、电气或质量方面的本科以上学历，二年以上的工作经验；
• 拥有电气行业或汽车行业质量控制方面丰富的在职经验；
• 具有沟通协调能力及团队协作精神，较强的执行力；
