Identifies and grooms its future leaders in different department（Financial, Investment, Consultancy, HR…etc.）. Given the international network and strong presence in Mainland China, trainees need to gain not only in-depth knowledge of the core financial service functions, but also exposure to the China market and international banking. Candidates who have demonstrated strong potential and met marketing  will be advanced to executive positions upon completion of the programme.

 Responsibilities :

• Conduct formulation of overall financial product sales strategy and marketing strategy.
• Establish and maintain good relationship with existing and potential clients.
• Handle financial services agents inquiries
• Conduct ad-hoc sales and marketing matters
• Organize and participate marketing events
• Assist in ad-hoc duties assignments when required
• Maintain High Net Wealth Clients network and relationship by following up commercial session
• Conduct detailed survey of a client's financial position, preferences and objectives; as a result, the adviser will then recommend appropriate action to meet the client's objectives.

Requirements : 

• Bachelor's Degree or above, preferably with a major in Finance or related disciplines（Fresh Graduates and IANG Students are Welcome）
• Good analytical and modeling skills and strong attention to details 
• Pro-active, adaptable, reliable, and willing to learn
• Proficiency in MS Office Application including Excel, Word and Power Point
• Full proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Good communication skills and willingness to work in a team
• Previous experience in corporate finance transactions, market and business analysis, and accounting due diligence will be an advantage
