• Execute laboratory-based experiments and data collation in conjunction with drug substance colleagues to support small-scale model interrogation, investigations, and process improvements.
• Support Process Development laboratory operation.
• Managing PD lab equipment and preventive maintenance.
• Represents Attribute Sciences on site-based teams and develops effective partnerships with partners from analytical development groups world-wide, Regulatory partners, Quality Control and Assurance groups, and Manufacturing
• Provides technical guidance and input for analytical activities for commercial programs
• Data collation and review, strong collaboration with product attribute sciences team lead to provide manufacturing support
• Applies expertise in attribute assessment tools to optimize and improve analytical deliverables over the commercial lifecycle of a product
• Execute forensic laboratory-based analyses and collaborate in cross-functional team to support extraneous matter investigation

Experiences & Qualifications

• Experience in the analytical methods used in release, in-process, and stability testing to analyze or to characterize Biologics (e.g. UPLC, CE-SDS, UV Spectroscopy, etc.).
• Experience in solid characterization techniques (e.g., FTIR, SEM, ICP-MS, etc.)
• Experience in recombinant protein therapeutics, product variants, and process-related impurities is a plus (e.g., ELISA, qPCR, MS, etc.)
• Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and Empower CDS
