Job Description

• Provide day to day Security and Authorization services covering the
following for AIA Business Units:
o GLMS application
o EGRC application
o iLevel application
o Moody’s Impairment Studio application
o SAP ECC application modules in Finance (General Ledger,
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting),
Controlling, Project System, Financial Asset Management, Cash
Management, Business Communication Management, Real
Estate, Market Risk Analyzer.
o SAP BI and BPC application.
o SAP Solution Manager application.
o ARIBA application.
o CONCUR application.

• Ensure solutions are consistent with regional template and ensure regional
solution architecture team is aligned.

• Perform BAU Activities – Service Request: o Perform user provisioning tasks o Accountable for compliance (SLA)

• Perform BAU activities as per defined in accordance to EASC operational policy (i.e. Complexity Matrix, Standard Operating Procedure) which are generally of simple to moderate scenarios.

• Perform Security & Authorization activities (e.g. user provisioning, recertification, queries) as per policy and procedures.

• Ensure solutions are consistent with regional template.

• Positive collaboration with all stakeholders on BAU related matters.

• Participate in project arrangements and activities with SAP and non-SAP focus.

• Support end users in system usage and assist in raising overall system related proficiency.

• May require short term travel, standby and shift arrangements.

• Supporting Team Manager/Assistant Team Manager on work assignments as per required.

Job Requirements :

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or other relevant discipline with CGPA 3.25 and above.

Experience

  • Fresh Graduates encouraged to apply.
  • Experience using ITSM tools (i.e. Ticketing Tools) s also an added advantage. Language skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English is a must.

Special skills

  • SLA familiarity and performance driven work culture.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of computer systems with working knowledge of office automation software i.e. Microsoft Office, Excel.
  • Resourceful, independent and result oriented.
  • A good team player and proactive.
