Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the origination and execution of corporate finance advisory transactions, including Pre-IPO, IPO, M&A and others
• Take lead in due diligence planning, supervise the due diligence exercise and be able to critically analyse due diligence findings
• Coordinate with professional parties and regulatory authorities
• Identify potential opportunities, formulate strategies and develop business network

Requirements:

•  Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Laws or related disciplines, with additional professional qualifications in Accountancy, Finance or Law an advantage
• Minimum 3-6 years of experience in corporate finance industry with sound knowledge of the Listing Rules and Takeovers Codes
•  Hands-on experience in execution of IPOs is preferred
• Strong due diligence skill with excellence in time management
• Good presentation and inter-personal skills
