Job Description

• Manage the complete product development process from ingredients and packaging sourcing, product formulation, packaging design development to final product distribution and launch, to meet timeline by communicating with internal cross-functional teams including Marketing & Sales of individual Business Units, Regulatory Affairs, R&D & Production and various vendors
• Responsible for the design, development and successful launch of new businesses and product ideas as pilots in the marketplace. 
• Manage product brand and corporate brand development including thematic brand marketing campaigns and projects, and development of product brand guidelines
• Responsible for corporate marketing and corporate PR projects
• Conduct project planning, tracking, product pricing and individual product and business P&L analysis
• Support and assist the team to provide strategic advice and consultancy in business & product innovation to individual Business Units
• Work with various business partners to analyze problems, discover consumer insights, deliver recommendations, and solutions implementation
• Participate in cross-department marketing strategies to ensure effective programme and marketing campaign launch
• Provide insight and support to the enterprise to better understand market trends and dynamics.
• Build strong network with internal & external partners for marketing collaborations

Job Requirements

• University graduate in marketing or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing / project development
• Outstanding follow-through, self-starting attitude, time management, and project management skills to deliver results
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Experience coordinating multiple, time sensitive projects and activities projects and activities simultaneously
• Proficient in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
• Less experience candidate will be considered as Associate
