Job Description & Summary

A career in our Deals Business Development practice, within New Business Ventures, will provide you with the opportunity to invest in new business models that leverage our knowledge and build solutions for the growing digital market. New Business Ventures identifies, develops, and commercialises technology-enabled solutions that deliver PwC value, knowledge, and experience to our clients. Each new solution focuses on data-driven platforms or other intellectual property based solutions that leverage emerging technologies and new business models. Through the process of building new solutions, we foster a culture of innovation within PwC, extend brand relevance in the market, and generate new revenue.

Our team is responsible for product contracts, billing, and product training.

Job Description
  • Engage mainly in cross-border M&A deals, especially between China and Korea;
  • Perform relevant projects including financial advisory, financial due diligence, valuation, strategy consulting;
  • Collect, mining and publishing global M&A opportunity information;
  • Use diversiform research tools and analyze industry and company data;
  • Assist managers and above in leading a team of professionals in carrying out projects and others; and
  • Working closely with clients and team members in order to provide quality services.
Requirements
  • University degree, preferably in auditing, accounting, finance or other commercial oriented disciplines;
  • China, Korea or overseas CPA qualification preferred;
  • Excellent communication skills in English or Mandarin(Chinese) or Korean;
  • Relevant experience in Big 4, local CPA firm or consulting firm is a plus; and
  • Team player, dynamic and hardworking.
