Source to Contract Team Manager will manage and lead team of Source to Contract Specialist and Experts to deliver pre-defined to deliver on pre-defined business objectives and SLA’s in area of the Source to Contract process. Within area of responsibility, takes full accountability for successful delivery of contract and sourcing events accordingly to agreed split of responsibilities within the Procurement Operating Model, compliance with existing procedures within the given remit of categories.
The role reports directly into the GPS Hub Associate Director in GPS. The role will carry responsibility for ongoing performance management and improvement of S2C SET team and delivering own activities.
Through a well-developed understanding of Sourcing and Contracting approaches, systems and tools, the S2C Team Manager will have responsibility for ensuring rigour and application of the best practises to all sourcing and contracting activity within their team.

- Accountable for managing the team, resources, and team goals targets through direct reports
- Leads, Coaches and develops professional aspects of Source to Contract team members

- Establishing and developing a team by attracting right calibre of talents from within and outside the organization and providing appropriate opportunities and support.
Partnering & Collaboration:
- Ensuring right visibility of the team performance and deliverables by regular engagement with stakeholders within area of responsibility
- Responsible for adequate workload balance within own team and collaboration with others S2C teams
- Responsible for managing the quality of the deliverables within the defined SET Team & providing any necessary guidance and support
- Responsible for S2C project delivery where required
