What are my responsibilities? Research potential vendors. Track orders and ensure timely delivery. Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts). Conduct market research to identify pricing trends. Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices. Prepare cost analyses. Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts. Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders. Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition. Support and follows-up with relevant project colleagues for open points related to monthly meetings. Ensure all leave records and follow up with respective colleagues for discrepancies. What do I need to qualify for the role? Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administrator/Logistics/SCM or any relevant degree. Attention to detail and ability to work without close supervision. Proficient in MS Office, specifically advanced knowledge of MS excel. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. What else do you need to know?
