Responsibilities:

• Support to maintain revenues and profitability in all areas: sales, operations, after sales services
• To assess the store’s needs and communicate such needs to the store manager and local departments (including store premises and relevant maintenance)
• To monitor and guarantee best product display in the store (windows, countries…) following guidelines and standards.
• To ensure the training of sales people to increase technical and product knowledge and developing sales techniques and stock management
• To efficiently and effectively manage store stock
• To actively ensure the application of security, sales and stock processes and procedures
• To resolve client concerns/disputes
• Make sure the alignment to standards of discounts and ways of payment applied by sales force and drive their action accordingly(authorizing in advance any possible exception)
• To monitor and provide tolls for the sales people to help understand and increase sales performance

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in retail operation and boutique Management
• Extensive product knowledge of Bulgari or other luxury brands, and specific knowledge in Jewelry and watch a plus
• Tolerance of working pressure and the capability in handling unpredictable tasks
• IT Literacy
• Selling Skill and Customer Relationship Management Skill
• Team Management and Coaching Skill
• Proficient written and spoken English with excellent communication skill
