Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for overall structural project planning, design, financial and quality control, implementation and management
• Work closely with clients and collaborators from project conception to completion, and recommend solutions
• Monitor quality of design and commercial performance along with project lead of teams of engineers and other professionals
• Liaise and communicate with project stakeholders, consultants, client’s representatives and/or contractors for project delivery and maintain good relationship
• Responsible for project bid and tender, business development and team’s performance management
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members

Qualifications & Experience required: 

• Degree in structural engineering or related discipline
• Corporate membership of relevant professional institution(s)
• 10-12 years of relevant experience in large-scale tall building projects along with sound knowledge of structural engineering and building requirements/principles in Hong Kong
• Strong problem solving skills and commercially aware
• Proactive mindset with strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills
• Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
