At Study Group we are looking for a highly motivated sales professional to lead the Bellerbys recruitment effort in South China. As the Associate Student Recruitment Manager, you will have the opportunity to travel throughout South China, working closely with our partners to recruit students for our academic programs in UK. You will be involved in communicating the benefits of a British education to our partners, students and their parents.

Reporting directly to the Associate Student Recruitment Director China of the College, your key responsibility will be student recruitment and revenue targets for Bellerbys College programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and train our partner network on our academic programs
• Support efforts of other regional staff in sales of College programs
• Meet with prospective students and their parents and provide effective guidance on appropriate study plans
• Assist with customer service both prior to and post departure
• Ensure maximum awareness of competitor organizations in local markets
• Liaise with the British Council and other key sector organizations

Capabilities/Experience:

You will be a highly motivated individual, ideally with the following characteristics:

• A University graduate with excellent communication

• Skills in both Chinese and English; previous study abroad experience is an advantage

• Strong track record and experience in sales and marketing

• Understanding of international student recruitment

• Understanding of UK education system

• Organized and attention to detail

• Proven sales and marketing skills

• Strong numeracy and IT skills with ability to prepare and analyse reports

• Demonstrated record in managing expenditure within budget

• Willing to travel extensively
