Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Creates resourcing proposals for complex and/or critical campaigns
  • Develops and executes recruitment campaigns that include: sourcing plan, promotion/advertising, use of social media, application processing, selection/testing, rate negotiation.
  • Effectively communicates to project team and other stakeholders.
  • Meets deadlines for recruitment of both employees and freelancers.
  • Effectively leverages appropriate techniques to build talent pipelines.
  • Leads and/or supports initiatives that enable freelancers and new employees integrate effectively into projects.
  • Collaborates cross-organizationally to identify ways to enhance the supply chain function. Leverages external networks and relationships to produce better results

 

Requirements:

  • 2 years or longer experience of recruiting and sourcing
  • knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques
  • Ability to prioritize and to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to negotiate
  • PC literate with good experience of MS Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Advanced knowledge of Internet searching and Boolean logic
  • Working knowledge of ATS tools and technologies
  • Native Korean, business level or fluent English
