About this Role

 

Provides high quality technical support to internal and external users that results in excellent customer satisfaction. Through tasks and projects, further develops product knowledge and technical skills.

Quickly responds to user issues by efficiently and effectively performing technical support tasks. For example: helping to resolve common application issues and answering end user questions. Ensures data accuracy and timeliness of systems. For example: updates customer information, maintains data, and audits records.

Under guidance of others, investigates and analyzes customer issues demonstrating effective communication and problem solving skills. Ensures issues are handed off to the appropriate person and follows progress to ensure resolution is achieved.
