Job Purpose
To be responsible for IPQC job of XFD,to ensure the quality of whole production process is under control, toprevent bulk production from non-conforming batches happening.

Specific Accountabilities
1. To conductfirst article inspection/testing according to IPQC procedure
2. To conductroutine testing according to IPQC procedure
3. To checkand monitor process parameters according to process specifications
4. To superviseand urge continuous improvements of production department via feedback allabnormal findings during testing/inspection timely
5. To optimizeproduct, inspection & process specification by analysing test data
6. To ensuretestings’ accuracy by daily maintenance of test instruments and tools

Qualifications
1. Education
Bachelor or above, major in Chemistryor Polymer.
2. Job Experience
Minimum 1 year relevant experience
3. Language
Basic English skills in reading andwriting is preferred
4. Computer Skill
Skilled
