WHAT YOU WILL DO
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will handle Amgen's vulnerability management tools and processes.
- Configure, conduct, understand, review vulnerability assessments and provide false positive validation
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to remediate or mitigate security vulnerabilities
- Create reports and track remediation of open vulnerabilities
- Provide metrics on the assigned services including the use of appropriate applications and tools for reporting
- Support cyber threat intelligence, security operations and other security teams in day by day activities

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU
We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The information security professional we seek is a passionate junior professional with these qualifications.
- Attention to detail and focus on providing vetted information
- Passionate, collaborative and results oriented
- General knowledge of Windows and/or Linux systems, firewalls, enterprise e-mail systems and/or SIEM technologies
- Experience with vulnerability management and tools such as Qualys and Nessus
- Python scripting is considered a plus
- Preferred certifications: CompTIA Security+, Microsoft MTA Security, ISACA CSX, GISF, SSCP
