Candidates should have at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience. Apart from exposure to general commercial litigation work, candidates should preferably have experience in handling regulatory work, shareholder disputesin listed and private companies, contentious probate and insolvency.

 The successful candidate should be hardworking, self-motivated, responsible, meticulous, persevering, quality-oriented and committed to the practice of law. She/he should be able to understand the needs of clients and work collaboratively as a member of a team. A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese as well as the ability to speak Putonghua are essential.
