Position: Associate of The Russian Desk

Location: Shanghai Job description:

- Legal review, M&A;

- Drafting of legal documents, analysis and translation of the documents such as JVC, MoU, AoA as well as commercial contracts;

- Advising on FDI, business structuring, and following registration of RO, WFOE, FICE and JV;

- Meetings and personal advising clients on commercial, corporate and labor law issues, etc;

- Maintain and develop a Russian-speaking database of clients;

- Updating Russian Desk social networks: VK, Facebook and LinkedIn;

- Drafting and translation of the DP Group guides;

- Other responsibilities per request of the law firm.
