1. Responsible for strategic planning, deployment, and review.
l Sales and budget planning to leverage existing resource to drive online channel business.
l Product portfolio and mechanism planning to boost sales on all EC channels.
l Profitability simulation of business investment/new business model
l Budget allocation in different channels and activities
2. Responsible for data analysis and business report
l Regular measure, analysis and report performance of all EC & digital marketing campaigns and upcoming trends through different resources.
l Leverage big data to generate insight and management tools to support daily business, co-work with cross function team to deliver target and regular report.
l Agency management including briefing and action review, performance optimization suggestion to achieve excellent performance
3. Responsible for market and competitor analysis
l External market data and intelligence
l Market trend and competitor sales data analysis and reaction
